Pay invoices on time based on agreed terms

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all non-public information confidential, including business strategies, customer data, and project materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all deliverables remain the property of the client after full payment. Any tools or systems used by KOVEX remain the property of KOVEX.

6. Limitation of Liability

KOVEX BPO is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability in any case is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that caused the issue.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with reasonable notice. Any work delivered up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.
